THE NEW MSP for Carrick, Cumnock and Doon Valley has moved into premises in the heart of his constituency.
Adam Ingram has taken on an office in The Square in Cumnock town centre.
And he is thriving on the challenges that come with the responsibility of being a constituency MSP.
Mr Ingram said: “As a list MSP you get involved with a lot of big campaigns like trying to keep Ayr A&E open and keeping Auchincruive on the go.
“Now I have a lot of very specific constituency cases which covers such a wide variety of issues and personal problems. I’m pleased to try my best to help people with these.”
The SNP man added: “I’m delighted to have moved into this office, there’s no better place to be than the centre of Cumnock.
“It’s central and close to the bus station so hopefully it is accessible to most of my constituents.
“However, I aim to be out and about throughout my constituency a lot. It’s a big rural community and I will try to make myself available as much as humanly possible.”
Mr Ingram’s new office address is 4 The Square, Cumnock, KA18 1BG. His office telephone number is 01290 425874.
