Grand gesture to Shelter

AYRSHIRE Housing has made a donation of £1000 to Shelter, the housing and homelessness charity.

Ayrshire Housing chairman Paul Torrance said: “This year we decided to redirect most of our seasonal card budget to charity.

“Neil McGuire, our designer at After the News, thought that Shelter would be a good recipient, given our shared concern for the homeless.

“I couldn’t agree more. Shelter is doing excellent work helping both individuals and working with others to demand more resources for affordable housing in Scotland.”
