Yob steals dad’s car

A YOB broke into his dad’s house, stole his car and crashed it.

Shameless Gary Dee’s latest crime wave came on the very day he was released from prison.

The 20-year-old claimed he targeted his own dad because he was disgruntled that nobody was home when he got there from Polmont prison.

At Ayr Sheriff Court this week, Dee pleaded guilty to a string of charges.

When he is eventually released from prison this time around, he will find himself homeless – Dee’s dad does not want him back in his house.

Dee admitted that between November 1 and 2 he broke into a house in Troon’s Central Avenue and stole car keys.

He then drove the car away from the property while disqualified and with no insurance.

When he got the car into Queen’s Drive, Dee caused an accident and then drove off.

He has been remanded while reports are prepared and will be sentenced in the new year.
