A WOMAN was rushed to hospital with facial burns after a house fire in Logan.
And two men also had to be given first aid at the scene of the blaze on Sunday evening.
Firefighters were called to the house shortly after 6pm.
The crew initially feared that people were still inside the house so they donned breathing apparatus and tackled the blaze from within.
But all of the people inside had managed to get out before the fire services arrived.
In addition to rapidly extinguishing the fire, the crew administered oxygen to two male casualties who were suffering from smoke inhalation.
Paramedics assisted a woman who was suffering from smoke inhalation and burns to her face and hands.
She was then taken to Ayr Hospital for further treatment.
