DJ Petesy comes off the air

WEST Sound favourite Peter Lockhart is coming off the air for six months.

The DJ has decided to take a break from his regular Saturday morning slot.

But he insists that station bosses have stood by his decision and he’ll be back on the airwaves in the spring.

Peter said: “There has been no fall-out or disagreement with the station, quite the opposite, they have been very supportive of my decision.”

Peter’s last show will be Saturday, December 5.
