Ayrshire brand - have you say

WHEN it comes to branding, Glasgow may be miles better, but Ayrshire and Arran will soon be leading the way with a vibrant new brand.

Consultants are today invited to submit a tender for the preparation and completion of an Ayrshire and Arran Regional Brand.

The brand will be seen as a catalyst for creating a unified approach for marketing, promoting and investing in Ayrshire and Arran.

As an action point raised at Ayrshire Chamber’s open space day and taken forward by the Ayrshire Business Forum, funding partners are delighted to be at the stage to now offer the branding process to tender.

Chamber Chief Executive, Martin Cheyne said: “We are glad to see the combination of consultation and hard work coming to fruition as we approach this point in the process.

“It has long been discussed that a recognisable umbrella to ensure Ayrshire and Arran is portrayed an ideal destination for work, rest and play is a requirement. 2010 will see the start of a new look Ayrshire and Arran.”
