EIGHT talented Ayrshire-based artists have been chosen to show their work at one of Scotland’s most prestigious contemporary exhibitions.
The artists have created a number of beautiful paintings and sculptures that will be on display at the The Mitchell in Glasgow from November 6 to 29.
The show is the annual spectacular hosted by the Royal Glasgow Institute of the Fine Arts (RGI).
The event attracted over 1,100 entries from artists all over Scotland – and only 309 works were selected.

Opening times at The Mitchell for this 148th RGI annual open exhibition are: Mon to Sat: 10.30am–5pm, Thursday: 10.30am–7pm, Sunday: 12noon–5pm. Admission: £2 (£1 concessions).
