Ryanair apprentices are flying high

AYRSHIRE men Kevin Hume, from Cumnock; Gordon Bryce, Patna; Ross McClymont, Prestwick; and Richard Boyle, Irvine, celebrate with their colleagues Stuart Morrison, Houston; Thomas Wilson and Greg Milne, both Lennoxtown; after graduating from their three-year apprenticeship in Aeronautical Engineering which they completed with Ryanair and Ayr College.

The graduates will now be based at Prestwick Airport.

And they will help maintain Ryanair’s fleet of over 200 Boeing aircraft.

Ryanair operates the youngest fleet of aircraft in Europe.

The graduates are pictured with Provost Winnie Sloan of South Ayrshire Council who presented them with their certificates.
