Craigie Farmers’ Society’s annual show draws in the crowds

CROWDS flocked to Craigie Farmers’ Society’s annual show – despite the rain.

“There was a good turnout of sheep and horses and an exceptionally good exhibition of cattle, which helped attract the public to the show,” said show secretary Rhona Orr.

“It was such a delight to see the community spirit coming together again at the wonderful setting of Carnell Estate.”

The show is held at Carnell Estate, Hurlford, by kind permission of the Findlay family.

John Findlay presented the prizes, and Jean Borland – president’s wife – drew the raffle.
