RAF squadron leader is delighted by support
SQUADRON leader Gez Currie has seen action in Afghanistan and Iraq before coming to RAF Prestwick.
Like his colleague, squadron leader Andy Butterfield, he believes that public support for the military does wonders for morale.
He said: “It’s absolutely fantastic to be treated this way.
“A lot of organisation went in to making this happen.
“We’re very proud of the job we do, whether it’s at home or away.
“We’re here to serve the people and we’d like to thank them for turning out to support us.”
