Man accused over child porn
A MAN has been accused of having indecent images of children on his mobile phone.
William McCracken allegedly had pornographic photos of adults with children.
He is further accused of showing them to another male at premises in Underwood Road, Paisley, placing him a state of fear and alarm.
McCracken, of Ayr’s Grange Avenue, has been charged with conducting himself in a disorderly manner and committing a breach of the peace on October 25 last year.
He failed to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court last Wednesday to answer the charge.
Sheriff James Spy continued the matter without plea to allow the crown to make further attempts to trace him.
The case will call again later in the month.
