£1,000 prize in Ayr karaoke

ONE of the biggest karaoke competitions to hit Ayr is being held at Smiths’ Bar in Dalblair Road.

And the first heat is on tonight, Thursday, June 25.

A cool £1000 is up for grabs as well as an amazing luxury afternoon cruise from Westwinds Yacht Charter.

Three lucky winners will go on the cruise, and they can keep the sun out of their eyes with designer sunglasses from the Spex Gallery.

DJ Big Wow reckons this is one of the biggest and most exciting song contests to be held in Ayr.

And he should know, as he was the man behind some of the original competitions like Pop Idol.
