A FORMER Wellington school girl earned an award after gaining the highest mark in the country for her Higher Psychology.
Felicity Loughlin scored 100 per cent in the written exam paper and 24 out of 25 in a 2000 word research investigation.
Her effort earned her a prize from the British Psychological Society.
Diana McLaren from Wellington school said: “It is very rewarding to see Felicity’s conscientious approach and diligence in her preparation being acknowledged by the British Psychological Society.
“Her results last year were outstanding.
“Felicity is the sort of pupil who a teacher may be lucky enough to have in class once or twice in a career.
“She was outstanding, exceptional and with a pleasant and very cooperative manner.”
