Bubbles of fun at the Citadel
WALKING on water doesn’t have to be a miracle this Easter.
Because Ayr’s Citadel leisure centre have launched a revolution in the pool.
Their Water Walkerz allow swimmers young and old to tumble across the surface – fully clothed – while staying bone dry.
The giant hamster balls were given a test run by South Ayrshire’s swim team, who gave them a huge thumbs up.
Water Walker sessions are available all through the holidays at Maybole pool on Monday and Friday mornings between 10.45am-11.45am, Prestwick on Monday and Fridays between 2.30-3.30pm and Troon on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-2pm.
