Bard impersonator Donald Kay and Miss Scotland Stephanie Willemse were in Ayr to toast the big event.
More than 100 events will take place from May 16 to 24 to celebrate Burns’ 250th anniversary.
And judging by our picture, there’s going to be a little something for everyone.
