Ayr man dies in blaze
A MAN has died after a fire in his Ayr home.
Firefighters were called to the blaze in MacAdam Square at 2.20am last Friday morning.
Andrew Davidson, 38, was found inside the flat and taken by ambulance to Ayr Hospital.
He was later transferred to Glasgow Royal Infirmary but he died on Sunday.
The fire investigation team say there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the fire.
A full report has been sent to the procurator fiscal.
