Ayr shop worker faced the charity chop

BIG-HEARTED Boots worker Kevin McHarg chopped his long locks off in a bid to raise cash for charity.

And Kevin underwent his first haircut in eight years in full view of Ayr shoppers.

The Children in Need fundraiser was carried out in the window of the High Street Shop by Christopher from Bowie’s barbers.

But Kevin’s granny Charlotte got the first go with the scissors.

Kevin’s gesture raised more than £300.

He is pictured with Charlotte doing the honours and with his new hair style.
