Under starter’s orders for charity race night

A CHARITY race night is planned for Coylton’s Claude Hamilton Memorial Hall.

Coylton and Stair Farmers’ Society are holding the event on Saturday, October 25.

Entry is free, and races start at 7.30pm. Proceeds will go to charities nominated by brave Allister Boyd, from Stair.

Although terminally ill, Allister, 19, is making the most of every moment. And many in the community are delighted to support him.
