Man jumped by gang in Ayr street
A GANG of youths attacked a man as he walked along Ayr’s James Brown Avenue.
The man was approached by the group of three to four thugs near the junction with Low Road where they demanded money from him.
They launched an assault, raining down punches and kicks before he managed to escape.
One of the males involved in the attack is described as 20 to 30 years old and was wearing a skip hat.
Another two were described as male and unshaven.
The victim was wearing a pink coloured top which has not been recovered.
