Lapdancing bid given seal of approval by Ayrshire Post Online users

YOU have been busy voting to give your opinion on ambitious plans to bring lap and pole dancing to Ayr.

Local tycoon and owner of the Millionayr Casino, Forbes Robertson has been putting the proposals before South Ayrshire Council's Licensing Board for over a year now and is adamant to bring this to the seaside town.

Now you have had your say on the controversial plans.

The final results of the poll on the Ayrshire Post website revealed that 51.7 per cent of those who voted backed Forbes' bid to bring the raunchy form of entertainment to South Ayrshire.

And 48.3 per cent of voters didn't want to see lap and pole dancing in their town.

This vote has closed but you can now vote on one of the most contentious issues of the year so far, the rising fuel costs.

We are asking you whether you think that the Government should step in to stop the ever-increasing costs of running our vehicles.
