Caravaners gather at Ayr Racecourse
THE South West Centre of the Scottish Caravan Club held the 58th Scottish Caravan Club National Rally at Ayr Racecourse over the weekend, Friday, May 9, to Monday, May 12, with 247 caravans attending.
Ralliers from England, Ireland, Wales and all over Scotland came to celebrate.
On Saturday the official opening of the 58th Scottish Caravan Club National Rally was by Provost of Ayr, Winifred Sloan. The provost met the seven chairmen and their wives, along with the Chairman of Caravan Club, Grenville Chamberlain.
In the evening they all enjoyed their dinner dance in the Princess Royal Suite with around 230 guests attending.
